Eden Veterinary Centre Introduce
For pet owners across Carlisle and the wider Cumbrian region, choosing a veterinary centre that truly understands the bond between humans and animals is paramount. Eden Veterinary Centre, located on Kingstown Road, has established itself as a highly respected and cherished practice within the local community. Born in the wake of the Foot and Mouth outbreak in 2001, Eden Vets was founded with a clear vision: to provide exceptional small animal care in a compassionate and welcoming environment. Over the years, it has grown into a thriving centre, dedicated to the health and happiness of dogs, cats, rabbits, and other companion animals.
Eden Veterinary Centre prides itself on offering more than just medical treatment; it provides a comprehensive approach to pet well-being, focusing on preventative care, client education, and a personalised experience. From the initial phone call to ongoing treatment, the team's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care shine through, ensuring that both pets and their "carers" feel at ease. Their commitment to offering 15-minute consultations as standard highlights a dedication to thoroughness and avoiding rushed appointments, allowing ample time for discussions and examinations. This empathetic and meticulous approach has earned them a stellar reputation as a trusted partner in pet health throughout Cumbria.
Eden Veterinary Centre is conveniently located at 213 Kingstown Rd, Carlisle CA3 0BB, UK. Kingstown Road is a significant thoroughfare in Carlisle, making the practice highly accessible for residents within the city and from surrounding areas in Cumbria. Its position ensures straightforward navigation by car, with the added benefit of abundant car parking on-site, which is a considerable advantage for pet owners, especially when transporting an unwell or anxious animal. The building itself, a former family home with a smallholding, has been thoughtfully converted into a homely and welcoming veterinary practice, reducing the typical 'clinical' feel that might cause anxiety for pets.
For those utilising public transport, Kingstown Road is typically well-served by local bus routes connecting it to Carlisle city centre and other residential areas. This accessibility ensures that a wide range of pet owners, regardless of their mode of transport, can easily reach the centre for appointments and emergencies. The strategic location contributes to Eden Veterinary Centre's role as a central hub for pet healthcare in Carlisle, providing vital services within convenient reach for the local community.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We've just moved to the area, and registered our dogs and cats as new patients with Eden, so were understandably nervous, as we were lucky enough to have a great vet of some years standing in Glssgow. However, from my first enquiry phone call, to our subsequent registration visits (and wee bit of ongoing treatment in the dogs...) Eden have been an absolute pleasure, and we're so glad we made the right choice. I'd like to make particular mention of Jess, who took our initial phone call, and also her colleague Sarah: both were friendly and so professional and welcoming. Jo, who took our consultations, was, again, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and obviously cares very much for the animals (and 'carers...') in her capable hands. I can't commend everyone we dealt with highly enough, and Eden's staff, probably unknowingly, played a huge part in our 'welcome' to the area... Sincere thanks to all...

March 07 · Beki JaneBe aware of the eden vets practice , vet funding was offered towards a bill and the dog trust funding by the Red Cross was given totalling the value of the billWe were handed a £3000 vet bill that still had incorrect itemised billingThe bill was reversed now 3 times to show different amounts which doesn’t account for the funding from the vets and dog trust , stealing from a charity and funding organisation and sending to a collections team with different amounts each time and no itemised billWe made an official complaint and they decided to say the funding was revoked even though once given , it’s honouredGross misconduct and fraud investigation is now open
