Craig Robinson Vets Reviews
We sadly had to have our old labrador put to sleep on a Sunday. The vet and her assistant were both lovely. They explained what to expect, reassured us, and very peacefully put our Poppy to sleep as we all sat by her side. Very compassionate and genuinely seemed to care. Based on this (as my only experience at this practice), I'd highly recommend. Many thanks.
Apr 10, 2025 · Donna SouterI have been taking my 2 labradors here for some years now. My eldest has bad hip dysplasia and needs dental treatment, she is on long term meds and ran out 3 days ago, I rang to reorder and ask if I could get her meds and pay in 3 days when I get paid, they said no. I thought they had a duty of care and were not supposed to leave an animal in pain? My financial hardship at the moment isn't their problem and I understand that but they've had £100s out of me over the years and I was asking for some short term help. I feel it's all money orientated and the welfare of the animals comes last. Very shocked and disappointed.
Mar 24, 2025 · Nicola MackayHad a very bad experience with this practice. All they want is to take money from you and have no consideration for the animals. I've heard a few complaints from people I have spoken too. I would definitely consider going somewhere else. Even the staff on the reception can be a bit rude and look down on you. Absolutely appalled!!
