January 23 · John WilliamsPurchased our first reptile from the guys and girls here. Super friendly bunch who really do know thier reptiles and care for thier stock. My son visits this shop daily and they are always welcoming and friendly. Great range of reptiles and accessories for sale at very good prices.
October 26 · Sam BurdettThank you so much to Chrissie at Kettering reptiles today. My son had started to have night terrors about snakes and so i decided as a mum i wanted to nip it in the bud and stop it in its tracks. You were so unbelievably kind, patient, caring and you made his day. He came out proud as punch that he seen and touched two snakes. Your act of kindness today went such a long way! We need more people like you! Thank you! Highly recommend:)
October 25 · Sharne ChesterMy partner and I have been wanting to visit here for a while and were very disappointed. We weren't greeted at all as we entered the shop, a group of people (not sure if customers or workers) were hanging around just chatting. I felt like I was rudely entering someone's home. The reptiles didn't seem in good condition as the tanks were filthy, dry and full of bugs.I did openly say "Oh we've been looking at getting one of these" if a worker wanted to intervene and talk to us, but no one even acknowledged us. We felt extremely awkward like we were the rude ones intruding in someone else's home.On the way out I wanted to look at the tarantulas on the counter, there was a can of coke on one of their tubs and a worker lifted it so I could see inside. That was the only interaction I got. We then left and said bye but were ignored. We were very disappointed and will not be going here again. What a shame, as I love reptiles so much. More importantly, I hope we visited the day before the enclosures were scheduled to be cleaned. Because otherwise I worry for the poor animals living in those conditions.
November 04 · Jordan ReyWe were thinking of purchasing a snake and checked Google for places local to us. Didn't want to go to a "pets at home" type shop as they're a jack of all trades master of..as the saying goes and saw the reviews for here were really good. Walked in and within 5 minutes we were handling the snakes and being given all the information we could ever need. Nothing was ever pushed on us and there was no "up sell" only the knowledge of the passionate people that work there. Long story short we ended up going for a look and walked out with a full snake set up 🤣🤣 couldn't recommend them highly enough!
