Craig Robinson Vets Ltd Reviews
Had to say our last farewell to one of our dogs a week ago. We called Craig robinsons the morning of the sad day as we had been up.all night with our boy. Emily and Olivia came out and were so very professional and compassionate. He passed peacefully in his bed and they sorted everything else for us. We wasn't rushed and they left the room to give me time to say goodbye and hold onto our boy. I would highly recommend craig robinsons and their staff.
May 09, 2025 · Wendy CookRecently had to take a pet in to be pts. I was asked if I wanted to take him home afterwards which I said I didn’t and they took him away in the carrier . Whilst waiting in the waiting room, the 3 people in reception were laughing loudly, when a young girl came to give me the carrier she said “are you the lady with the dead hamster”, I asked if my pet had passed peacefully and she said she actually had no idea. I waited a while, expecting the vet to come see me and let me know and give me the opportunity to see him and say good, but nothing. I thought this was so insensitive, just because I didn’t want to bury him at home didn’t mean I didn’t care or want to see him afterwards. On realising no one was coming I went to reception to pay and was stood ages whilst totally ignored and staff still joking about. This is unprofessional and unacceptable in any profession. I had to say “excuse me” to get someone to serve me.In other vets I’ve been with, a candle has been lit to let people know someone is there saying goodbye to their companion, staff have said they’re sorry for your loss and/or a bereavement card has been sent a few days afterwards. Here it was pet whisked away, no one let me know that he had passed, no opportunity to see him afterwards, and reception staff that were disrespectful, giggling and had to be interrupted to actually be noticed and get served. I’d have to give deep consideration as to if I’d ever use them again after this experience.
Dec 29, 2023 · Lynne ColdwellCan’t recommend this practice enough, great service and advice and I think my little dog has received the best care whilst in surgery and recovering. Thank you so much.
Apr 06, 2024 · Charlotte OlsenOur GSD Merlin had a large wart on his neck which had been bothering him for quite some time and gradually getting worse. Due to his age (11.5) we were worried about putting him through surgery but David was fantastic with him. Due to my mum's mobility issues he very kindly picked Merlin up for us and dropped him back off and the surgery was a success. He was sure to help with any other issues Merlin had as an old dog and made sure not to push him too far when he'd been through so much. Thank you so much David and your team!
