June 24 · Gemma HooperBest vets on the island. I've had dogs my whole life an I haven't came across a more caring an fairly priced vet. I travel from Coleraine an will never change vets. Thank you so much everyone at Voy
June 30 · AlexOur pet dog had an ear infection, of which required treatment, I phoned our normal vet, of which is local, 'shore road direction', and they kindly offered an appointment for which would be available in 3 weeks. Yip the pet dog with an ear infection which was going to get worse and torment the dog, would have to wait for at least 3 weeks, but to be fair, I was told to keep phoning every day, incase I was fortunate enough, or the dog would be, to get a cancellation. But in the meantime watch as our pet dog gets worse. So I phoned Voy vets, and was told they had an open surgery, and to call up with the dog, of which I did thankfully. They do operate on a first come first seen principal, and you queueing is within your car, and you move along as the other pets are seen to.I did have to wait for around an hour with our pet dog in the car, but an hour is compared to 3 weeks, well...!?, anyway the dog was seen to by a very friendly and kind vet, who took the time to evaluate the dogs condition, and administer the necessary treatment .Of which has greatly improved the dogs health and wellbeing, of which regarding the other veterinary clinic to which he is still waiting, no I phoned them and explained everything. All in all a quick and easy process, but it's best to be patient, no fuss it's all about the animals.
July 15 · GersAbsolutely fantastic. A quick diagnosis and treatment plan has totally transformed our 10 year old golden retriever. Two weeks ago he was unable to walk and had little to no control of his hind legs which had deteriorated due to miss diagnosis and treatment provided by another large veterinary clinic in the area. He is now well on the path to recovery and has regained a lot of his mobility, something which we are incredibly grateful for.
February 13 · Richie MThis being first visit..unfortunate having to queue in drive for extended time can be difficult when pet is anxious..and once in the queue not easy to get out if in a line of parked vehicles if having to leave before being seen by the vet..saying that..this doesn't take away from the attentiveness & kindness when being seen. Follow up telephone call so far has been informative & helpful. Well done & thank you for helping our pet..
