---### Services Offered
Pinchbeck Veterinary Clinic, as a dedicated small animal practice, provides a comprehensive array of veterinary services designed to ensure the health and well-being of pets in the local community. While a precise, exhaustive list is best confirmed directly with the clinic, typical services offered by such a reputable practice would include:
Routine Health Checks and Vaccinations: Essential for preventative care, including annual health assessments, booster vaccinations for common diseases (e.g., distemper, parvovirus, leptospirosis, feline flu), and tailored vaccination programmes based on a pet's lifestyle and risk factors.
Parasite Control: Comprehensive advice and products for the prevention and treatment of internal parasites (worms) and external parasites (fleas, ticks, mites), crucial for both pet health and household hygiene.
Microchipping: Compulsory for dogs in the UK and highly recommended for cats, microchipping provides permanent identification, significantly increasing the chances of lost pets being reunited with their owners.
Nutritional and Dietary Advice: Tailored guidance on appropriate feeding for pets at different life stages, addressing specific dietary needs, weight management, and conditions like allergies or digestive sensitivities.
Dental Care: Proactive dental health management, including routine check-ups, scaling and polishing, and extractions when necessary, to prevent dental disease which can impact overall health.
General Surgery: A range of common surgical procedures such as neutering (spaying and castration), lump removals, wound repairs, and other soft tissue surgeries. The clinic would also be equipped to handle emergency surgical needs.
Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory Services: Utilisation of modern diagnostic tools like X-rays and potentially ultrasound for internal examinations. In-house laboratory facilities for blood tests, urine analysis, and other diagnostic tests to aid in rapid and accurate diagnosis.
Geriatric Pet Care: Specialised care plans for senior pets, focusing on managing age-related conditions like arthritis, organ degeneration, and cognitive dysfunction through regular monitoring and appropriate treatments.
Pet Passports and Travel Consultations: Assistance and certification for pets travelling abroad, including necessary vaccinations, microchipping, and documentation to comply with international regulations.
Euthanasia Services and Bereavement Support: Providing compassionate and sensitive end-of-life care for pets, along with support and guidance for owners during the difficult period of loss.
These services ensure that Pinchbeck Veterinary Clinic can be a primary port of call for nearly all of a pet’s healthcare requirements, from routine preventative measures to more complex medical and surgical interventions.

Pinchbeck Veterinary Clinic Reviews
My dog is a nervous dog. The only time he isn't is when he comes here. He sits in the waiting room doing an excited cry, he can't wait to see the vet. He bounds in and greets them like friends that he hasn't seen in ages, excitedly jumping up and cuddling them. He also says hello to the receptionists sneaking around the counter for a fuss and a hug, they never mind, the friendship is reciprocated. They have a genuine love for the animals and are so helpful to owners. You feel the warm atmosphere when you enter, it's sparkling clean but not cold and clinical. The pricing always comes second for me but their pricing is actually very good. The first time I took him I was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting a bigger bill for the service that we'd had. This place is truly wonderful.
Dec 30, 2021 · Georgina FlahertyWhen our little dog became poorly a few weeks ago both Sutterton & Pinchbeck vet's were very good, we were given the best advice for him, unfortunately we then had to make the difficult decision for his best interest. This week Sanne & Justina were absolutely wonderful when we had to say goodbye to him, the care they took of him and us and the understanding was amazing, we can not thank them all enough.
Mar 07, 2024 · SarahExcellent vet practice. Welcoming reception staff, nice modern large and airy waiting area with comfortable seating. The vet was really caring and showed genuine interest in my 15 year old cat Benjy. I was a new customer here, our previous vets having closed. I'm really delighted I chose Pinchbeck Veterinary Clinic.
