December 03 · Karen SladeCharlotte is an excellent vet and is great with our dogs - very empathetic. Our dogs never seem to be stressed about going to this vet. Not expensive (by vet standards) and they are always very clear with diagnosis and advice. They don't try to upsale and receptionist and nurses are also very nice.
August 10 · Tim London (Soliciting Flavours)Excellent vets, extremely helpful and kind. They explain everything thoroughly. Very caring and considerate. They have always gone the extra mile for they're clients and animals, i used to be with them 10 years ago and they have not changed. Still brilliant vets. Very trustworthy if you want the very best for your pets
December 30 · kylie WilsonThey spade my cat last Friday and did a fantastic job. She went in early, they called me at about 2:30 to let me know how it went and to collect her early because she was stressed (completely understandable because she is a nervous cat who likes to be at home). But when the neutered my male cat they called me about the same time to let me know he we okay and to collect him at 4:30. Amazing service and care provided.
May 24 · Brooke MacartneyCharlotte is an outstanding vet: knowledgeable, sensible, a fantastic diagnostician, and has been brilliant with all our rescue dogs. The nurses are fantastic too. We've been using this practice for nearly twenty years and trust them 100% - would never consider going anywhere else.
