Durham Cat Hotel Reviews
We booked our 3 rescue cats in at Durham Cat Hotel whilst we were away Monday-Friday. We felt so comfortable leaving them with Linda as the room they were staying in (The Snug) was heated for the cats before arrival and Linda had taken extra care to make sure that our shy boy had extra spaces to hide until he was comfortable to come out. She provided us with multiple daily updates including photos and videos which made us feel at ease being able to see how well they were settling in. The cats were truly treated as if they were part of Linda’s own family and we will definitely be booking our trio in the next time we go away. Prices are very reasonable too for all that it included! Thanks again so much!
Nov 24, 2023 · Jordan-Leigh IrvingBooked our 2 Siamese/Oriental girls in to the 'music room' for a week, slightly anxious as at 9 and 6 y/o they had never been away from home before and weren't sure how they would adjust.Linda was able to discuss in detail prior to their arrival how the room was set up and the features they would be able to access, plus what interaction they would enjoy with her which was very reassuring. While we were away she sent pictures and videos of them daily - we were amazed at how relaxed and comfy they were, how quickly she bonded with them and understood their personalities. That mixed with the time spent interacting with them was above and beyond our expectations!Cannot recommend this wonderful cat hotel more - not only was it immaculately clean and just perfect for our girls but Linda and Colin clearly love their feline guests almost as much as we do, will definitely be back!!
Feb 16, 2025 · Steph AnsdellOur sons had a fantastic stay with Linda at the 5* Durham Cat Hotel 🥰They were so relaxed and absolutely pampered by Linda and family!Would highly recommend ⭐️They have been in other catteries where we worried about them but had no worries at all during there stay at the Durham Cat Hotel, they came back with shiny groomed coats looking amazing 😻 😻Thanks Linda and Family at the Durham Cat Hotel x
Jul 22, 2024 · Lucy WatsonWe booked Durham Cat Hotel because of the fantastic ratings Linda has and the quality time she spends with the cats. Our furbaby is an ex-feral cat and we were aware from previous experience she does not manage well in traditional catteries. Linda was delightful from start to finish and was interested in really getting to know our cat! The room was clean, cosy and just like a home from home. When away Linda stayed in regular contact with us sending us photos and updates which were so appreciated! Linda went above and beyond and our cat look so much more relaxed and settled! (Which was a huge relief - we could enjoy our holiday!). Wouldn't hesitate to book Durham Cat Hotel again, Linda's passion for the cats comes through in how well she cares for them 😊❤ Victoria (on behalf of Lindie 🐈)
