St. David Veterinary Centre, Llanishen Reviews
We had to make the hard decision to put our beautiful old Border collie DYLAN to sleep yesterday (12/06/25) at St Davids vets in Llanishen, the Vet & Nurses involved helped our boy cross the Rainbow Bridge with such dignity & were very thoughtful & understanding - Id like to thank them all from the bottom of my heart, We already miss our DYLAN terribly, but he was 18 and a half and he was starting to suffer, his time had come - WE were lucky to have HIM in our lives, and we were so lucky to spend so many happy years with him, and when the time is right, DYLAN's spirit will direct us to another rescue Border Collie that will need our love - Thank you to the Vets & Nurses in St David's.
Jun 13, 2025 · Liam MurphyWe’re incredibly grateful to this amazing vet who went above and beyond to help us find the owner of a lost cat. Despite having a busy schedule, they took the time to assist us with patience and genuine care. They were approachable, understanding, and truly dedicated—not just to animals, but to the people who care about them. It’s rare to find someone so kind and committed. Thank you for your compassion and support—it made all the difference!
May 27, 2025 · Farah FatimaWhat absolutely amazing vets St David Vet Llanishen are. I have had two emergencies in the last week with my dog Willow who has heart failure. They took fantastic care of Willow and also cared for me as I was in panic mode. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise and kindness. Willow is back home now and is doing well. A million thanks for saving Willow.
Jan 11, 2025 · Hayley DaviesTook my kitten, Luna, for her first vet visit, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The entrance was very welcoming, and I really appreciated the separate waiting area for cats— keeping her away from dogs meant she wasn’t scared at all. When we were called in, the vet was incredibly friendly and kind, giving Luna lots of cuddles to reassure her. He even managed to clip her claws, which was impressive! Great service overall, and I would highly recommend this vet clinic.
Mar 23, 2025 · EttaWhat was once an excellent veterinary practice has deteriorated in a sales mechanism, where care is secondary. The quality of care poor and attention to the animal superseded by the focus on add-on medication sales.Be aware of hidden charges on leaving and misinformation to try to orchestrate unnecessary medical procedures. We are now settled at another practice where we are confident the treatments are for the animals well-being which is reassuring, pleasing and refreshing.
