Torrington Orthopaedics Reviews
My elderly dog has been in twice now to Torringtons. Both times for operations on his Cruciate ligaments (each leg separate occasions). He’s a flat faced breed and also has eye problems. The care he received was wonderful. He stayed overnight with lovely caring staff. Every aspect of his operation was explained to me. His eye drops were applied frequently and he was given his favourite food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Torringtons. They treated my dog like he was their own. He is now fully recovered and even at 11 years old he can still run after a squirrel! Thank you all at Torringtons!
Jun 12, 2024 · L A WHad our 11 year old bull grey here recently for a tibial tuberosity advancement, our dog is now home and has 12 weeks of rehabilitation with a set of very strict instructions to follow. Would recommend them.Edit: However did call with concerns on Friday and was asked to email them, and then a nurse would call me back ASAP it's now Sunday and haven't heard back.. 🙄
Apr 03, 2022 · Paul WestVery clean clinic with the best staff, always deliver the best quality care you could ask for when your pet needs medical care, from the minute you arrive for your appointment to when your pet is discharged, I cannot fault a single thing, they are truly amazing at what they do. Also Raquel is brilliant and has looked after our dog the few times we’ve been here. 5/5 stars from us.
Jun 14, 2024 · Katie MannMy vets had referred my cat to Torrington/Yorkshire independent referrals over a month ago. They have absolutely messed us around for the entire time. They wanted more reports on his scans etc then said they don't do the operation he needs, we don't even know if he needs a operation yet and how they can say that without even seeing him. They then lied to our vets saying they told us that they don't have a vet until new year so to be referred elsewhere. They never contacted us, my cat is now still in pain and no further forward with the cause and now having to get him referred elsewhere, they honestly don't seem to know what they are doing
Nov 22, 2024 · Lyndsay HollidayThe team are always lovely and helpful and the service is great. They always do what they say they will. My dog Luna has been working with Andy he will only recommend treatment he absolutely deems necessary, so you can be confident you aren’t over spending or putting your pet through unnecessary distress. My dog has a few things wrong and it’s difficult to figure out what is causing the actual pain. What I like about Andy it that he is very honest and if he thinks it’s outside of his knowledge, or isn’t sure, he will just say so. The whole team genuinely have the animals best interests at heart and clearly care a lot. I trust them completely to do all they can for my pet
