July 14 · rachel TaylorThe entire team at Heath Vets in Rhiwbina are the most caring and sincere team ever!My dog is a very anxious boy who hates going to the vets, but everyone there is patient, understanding and are not judgmental. They have many different ways to help treat your pet and will always accommodate to their needs.
May 14 · SH3NKSHad to make an emergency appointment and Heath Vets were very accommodating. Not our usual practice but they managed to squeeze us in and we were very grateful. Reception staff were very friendly and warm, consultation was great and an effective remedy was provided. Couldn’t be happier with the service, thank you Heath Vets!
January 16 · Carys LloydDisappointed with the high costs and communicationI took my dog here for a 10-minute appointment and some ear drops and was shocked to be charged £270 — something that would typically cost around £80 at other vets. On top of that, I had to chase them for test results they failed to follow up on. I also noticed that their vaccination prices are higher than average. Due to the cost and poor communication, I decided to switch to a different veterinary practice.
