Feb 07, 2025 · yasSaid on the website can get advice over the phone anytime and a call back from the vet so rang up for some advice on my hamster and they refused to give any advice even though it’s stated on the website that advice can be given at any time! All i wanted was to explain what I’ve been doing to treat the problem and ask if there is anything else I can do!
Jun 03, 2025 · Scarlett BatesonBrilliant. Our cat broke his leg which, unfortunately, it wasn't in his best interests to save. Sam and staff treated him (and us) amazingly. We're incredibly pleased to have him home. If we could rate more than 5 stars, we would. We wouldn't take him anywhere else.
