May 02, 2025 · Adam StottWe take our 2 dogs to Springfield Vets. One of them is 11, and the other one 2, so they have totally different needs from the vet. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The experience starts at the door, the receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful, and the vets are good with the dogs, and explain everything to you, giving you different treatment options. yes, the prices are expensive, but no different to any other vets, and at least we know they are getting the best treatment
May 01, 2025 · Kim ChappellOur rescue dog Amber has had many visits to both the Rotherham branch and Crystal peaks due to an ongoing illness. Rachael Frost (Senior Veterinary Surgeon) looked after Amber on numerous occasions over at Rotherham and we always felt full of confidence that our fur baby was in the best hands. Last Wednesday we had to make the most heartbreaking decision that it was now time for Amber to be pain free and at peace and on arrival into the surgery we found comfort in that the vet that would be helping our little girl was Rachael. We have had a few rescue dogs over the years and many visits to the vets seeing numerous surgeons but non of which have ever made such an impact as Rachael. This morning a card arrived through our door and after speaking so highly of Rachael with the family over these past days this lady just went even higher in our estimations, sending the most beautiful condolence card with Ambers foot print inside. This lady didn’t just do her her job she went above and beyond and has shown what a wonderful caring and compassionate lady she is, not just to Amber but to us who have lost the most precious thing in our household. We will forever be grateful for the love, support and care you gave to Amber and for the greatest gift of her paw print which we will cherish forever. This lady is the type of person you can only wish for your beloved pet to be cared for by and how lucky we were to have this lady do so for Amber. Rachael you are an amazing vet but also an incredible caring person. We cannot thank you enough.
Aug 19, 2023 · Alisia JohnsonJames was really caring and kind and really knowledgeable regarding my rabbit Arlo who had really bad teeth and needed regular burring for spurs.First class care was given and everything explained and I highly recommend James as a vet who goes above and beyond to care for animals.
Jun 25, 2025 · Janice BradleyWe took our staffy Milo here for a dental procedure to have some teeth removed. The practice were fantastic every step of the way. He was clearly very well looked after when he was there and the staff showed him such love and compassion. His teeth look out of this world now and the awful smelling breath has now completely gone, there is no foul smelling odour left behind at all which is amazing! We havent had any issues post op and he is back to his usual self in under 24 hours. The vet team gave us lots of advice and information about joining the healthy pet club to save money on the procedure which was great. Well worth the cost! The practice on a whole are very efficient and keep you well informed. I also witnessed staff members speaking to other families with such compassion and professionalism, so obviously this standard of practice is consistent here at this vets.Thank you so much guys, we couldnt have asked for better care x
