Nov 22, 2018 路 Jill ChadwickSeveral of the reception staff and one if the vets were pretty rude at this place, with poor customer service skills. The vets seem to be different each time with no consistency. They prioritised money over our old dogs options and we felt she would have had a better chance if we had been better informed of wider options sooner. The senior vet was good but overall I would not trust this service again with my pets health.
