Apr 14, 2025 · Rob WhitelockWe recently visited Vets4Pets with our cat Trixie, who has asthma. Over the last week, she had been struggling with a wheezy chest and wasn't eating much. We saw the vet Ryan, who was very gentle with our cat. The appointment didn't feel rushed, and Ryan suggested some steroids and antibiotics. Almost overnight, we saw a transformation in Trixie as she turned back into her happy self. Two weeks later, we went for a follow-up appointment, and again we saw Ryan. He checked her out, and all looked fine. He gave us further advice, and we were very happy and felt confident that our cat received the best possible care. Thank You
Mar 18, 2025 · allan taylorSo disappointed in Vets4Pets extortion of customers. My dog has a superficial corneal ulcer and required a dye to be used to confirm this (cost V4P=£18, actual cost online £2). Next to treatment...Chloramphenicol antibiotic cream, 4g tube (cost V4P=£30, actual cost online which is in fact human cream £10) and finally Remend corneal gel 3ml tube (cost V4P=£52, actual cost online £7) On top of that is the usual £40 fee of course. When I called to voice this the response was that was price they had to buy it in for! Really don't think so at all...if anything with their buying power it will be cheaper than any individual could get it for! You expect companies to apply a mark up on items but this is ridiculous.
