The Veterinary Health Centre Ltd Reviews
I’ve never felt more welcome anywhere in my entire life. The staff from reception to the vets themselves are absolutely lovely and helped me with the passing of my chameleon. The staff are incredibly professional and are genuine lovely people. Hellen at reception was lovely when I came to pick up my chameleons ashes and made me feel so much better about the whole situation I cannot thank her enough and I can’t thank the whole team enough for their compassion. Would recommend for all types of pets, especially exotic pets.

Jun 17, 2025 · Kathryn LeechReally friendly and helpful. I called about a wild bird that I'd found and they were happy to take it in and treat it for no fee.
Jul 16, 2025 · Zara S (The Surrogacy Guide)I have been with Greenways since it first started, and I have always been extremely happy with the treatment given to my fur babies. Recently my little princess (well she thinks she is!) needed an emergency operation for a twisted exposed intestine. It was an evening so not our usual vet, but nevertheless Saskia was operated on and given 5 star treatment. I have never claimed on my insurance before and had no idea where to start. That was not a problem for Harriet, who sorted everything out for me from start to finish. Thank you to all the staff for your continued support and excellent service.
Jul 01, 2024 · paula rostronAlways got us in when we need to take.onenof our cats even if there's no appointments left they find room. Has a reword scheme with stamps on a card for discounts next time or build them up to use latter. Staff friendly and informative. They went above and beyond to help our cat Kiera who was so I'll with cat flue. A bit on the pricey side but they do go the extra mile. Waiting area full of seats and space. Parking outside.
