The negative review described a distressing situation involving a misdiagnosis or mismanagement of conjunctivitis in a puppy, resulting in prolonged illness, conflicting advice on medication, and an unsatisfactory resolution regarding a refund for unused medication. Abbey Veterinary Group Ltd Reviews
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!They keep your pet poorly to get money out of you!!!Brought our puppy here as he had been scratching his eyes one vet said not to worry. Turned out he had Conjunctivitis, after seeing four different so called vets in the space of a week they eventually recommended a cone to prevent him scratching but by this point the damage had already been done. They went on to tell us he could go blind from the damage caused to his eyes due to scratching. One vet prescribed steroids tablets then the next day another vet said not to give the dog them as it could harm him so now we’re left with these tablets and no refund offered. Both female receptionist are very rude and unhelpful AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

Jan 18, 2018 · Heather RAlways get our dogs in the day I ring or day after. A little pricey though as our dog went last week and it was 96 pounds for ibuprofen antibiotics and a check up as she had a urine infection. The antibiotics worked a treat and hey dogs don't come cheap do they. Helpful receptionist lovely vet and our dog doesn't mind going even if it's for a shot. Tbh even if slightly cheaper we wouldn't go anywhere else.
