May 29, 2025 · teodor alecsandruI would like to address a concern regarding the behaviour of the receptionist on 30th December 2024 !I have observed that she often interacts with individuals in a rude and curt manner, which may stem from a perceived sense of pressure. In contrast, Rachel, the head receptionist, exemplifies professionalism and is held in high regard by colleagues and visitors alike.I believe it would be beneficial for the receptionist ( Tracey) to consider either a change in her role or an improvement in her attitude to enhance the overall ambiance of the reception area. This has been observed on many visits by family / friends all in agreement ! !
Dec 30, 2024 · Marie FowlerBoth my dogs were recently admitted to the Barnsley branch for teeth extraction and cleaning. Fantastic service from the vet, Katrina to the nurses to the receptionist, they kept us informed during the day, how they were doing. The following day, I received a call from them to see how my dogs were after their operation,it was really appreciated. Can definitely recommend Abbey Vets.

Apr 03, 2024 · Debi GibsonAwful vets no empathy care or compassion whatsoever. All that brian cares about is money 💰 i would not take a ant there for care hes just terrible you should not have to take your elderly dog for care and who has tumours, loose teeth, and a heart condition to be told well he wont be here next year then wanting to operate on a dog of 12 with heart condition i know full well he would not survive general anesthesia.
