Over the years my cat has been back and forth to the vet for different reasons. General health checks, etc., and we have been happy with the staff at Vets 4 Pets. However, more recently, we have seen two different vets, one being a locum who told my mom our cat had a bladder infection and that she needed to buy the kit to put in his litter box to collect a urine sample. This process stressed our cat out so much that he was pooing in random parts of our house. Then the vet told her that our cat needed to go on new pellets and have an injection to treat the bladder infection which cost a lot of money considering we had to cancel our insurance as they claimed we did not comply with the wishes of a previous vet to get my cat's teeth cleaned even though his mouth wasn't infected at that time she had told us to bring him in the new year to have his teeth cleaned. All in all, we have had to pay quite a large sum of money and feel we need to change to another vet as a result - shannon Rees
