Town and Country Veterinary Group Reviews
Professional and friendly service. The cat suffered greatly, its limbs were paralyzed and it could not walk. He was thoroughly examined for fractures, given an injection and medication, and felt much better the next day. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
Feb 23, 2025 · Bożena K.We recently lost our much loved Westie and were disgusted at the lack of compassion, this practice is run as a business with money at the forefront. Heartbreakingly our little boy had to be put to sleep, it took only a few minutes and we were asked for money upfront £181!!!! Some care and compassion would have been appreciated, a letter with sorry for our loss and invoice would have been more compassionate. Thankfully we had already made arrangements for afterwards and took our little boy with us, glad we did. Profit over care at every visit. Will never use this practice again.
May 15, 2025 · Kim BridgesExcellent practice! Where not only the physical needs of our pets are looked after, but also the emotional state! My 10 year old GSD does not like people “prodding him” and he does grumble his dislike. But all the staff respect that it’s because he’s unsure etc and they do not push him into what he doesn’t need.We recently lost our 9 year old GSD and the practice couldn’t have been nicer! So to summarise, not only do the staff look after all animals, physical and emotional needs, they are also excellent with the owners anxiety over our furbies! I would not go to any other practice with my Zach.Picture attached of Zach and his little brother Zeb who passed last month
