It is important to address customer feedback transparently. One review mentioned a negative experience with a knee surgery, citing a high cost (£3,000+) for a treatment that, after eight months, did not resolve the issue, along with a significant charge for a short consultation where no advice was given. Another review, however, highlighted a very positive experience, praising the vet for seeing their Frenchie quickly, performing a small procedure, and providing pain relief at a reasonable cost. These contrasting experiences underscore the importance of open communication between pet owners and their veterinary practice. For any significant procedure, it is always recommended to discuss treatment plans, expected outcomes, potential risks, and a clear breakdown of costs upfront. Myerscough Veterinary Group, like all professional practices, would aim to address any concerns directly and transparently through their complaints policy, which encourages immediate feedback for resolution.

Myerscough Veterinary Group Blackburn Reviews
A word of caution before going with Myerscough Vets. I brought my dog to this vetinary practice for knee surgery, I have spent 3 grand plus on the trying to fix the issue.I was charged £110 for 2 minutes consoltation and I no advice was given.I am not going back there again as my dog is in the same condition after 8 months of treatment.
Jul 21, 2025 · Thomas SouthVery pleased with my visit yesterday. My little frenchie wasn’t well, I was concerned obviously for him but the cost too. The vet was able to see to him, carry out a small procedure that he needed and all we needed to come away with was pain relief. Very impressed with the vet herself, she was lovely and brilliant with my dog. Definitely recommend.
