I have always felt anxious during appointments since our old boy was put to sleep. However today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Seaham Vets new permanent vet (Iggy) - hopefully that's how you spell his name! He is exactly what they have needed after seeing a number of locums that in my opinion haven't been great. Friendly, calm, reassuring, thorough, lovely with my dog, really listened and incredibly helpful, the list could go on! It was only when I came home that I realised my anxiety had completely gone. Fabulous addition to a great team. - Alanna Nixon
