January 07 · charlotte clinchI took my brother’s dog, Bluebell, into see the vet, Richard and he was incredible: kind, caring, patient (Bluebell does not like going to the vets) and extremely thorough with excellent recommendations for aftercare. I cannot recommend Richard and this practice enough! He managed to calm Bluebell down and really cared about her wellbeing. Thank you so much Richard, All the Best - Charlie Chirico
September 28 · Charlotte ChiricoWe were not registered with this practice but a very empathetic young lady still gave me some advice regarding a possible medical issue, this is much appreciated, thankyou.
February 20 · Canada PhilFriendly and thorough treatment. Caring staff and reasonable prices
February 24 · sue matthewsCare more about money than the animals, it's all a scam from the prices of the medication to the prices of the vets medical opinions. Even if you know the medication you need because your pet has been on the medication for years they still charge you to see a vet just to say "yes it's the same thing and yes I will prescribe you the same medication as I have the last few years! And if there is an emergency and it's on a weekend then you will need a loan just to see a vet. If you do not have the money then they will refuse to help your animals because it's all about the money. A true animal lover would never refuse to help an animal in need regardless of the expense! Even if you just want a prescription printing so you can order online because the prices are half the price online for medication then they add a admin fee to print off the prescription separately to the vet consultant fee then you will only save £10 online and will have to wait a few days for the medication in the post! But they know this! I honestly dont know who the vets think they are, acting like royalty and above everyone, There scamming you!
