Jun 10, 2025 · Bruna Viegasawful vets, my dog had some issues with his ear and it was getting much worse and worse all the vets were doing were giving him more of the same medication which clearly wasn’t working and they ended up leaving it to the last minute to actually do something about it and now my dog cannot stand properly without loosing his balance or falling over. Thanks!
Jul 16, 2025 · emily huttonPoor communication and general ability from reception staff (Tracy). Returned a missed call today, to which i was asked why they might have called me? Obviously, as I missed the call I do not know that.. I then had to wait for them to find out why they had called me and phone me back again. 4 missed calls later i manage to answer just for them to ask me to book my cat in for an operation which she has already been booked in for (why this couldn't have been left in a voicemail or even just checked on the system before phoning me 4 times while i was at work, I don't quite understand.
Jun 06, 2025 · Benjamin DavidsonI rang Charnwood on Tue 27/5/25 enquiring about moving my dogs to them. The lady that answered didn't seem to really know how to handle such an enquiry. She said worm and flea is dependant on weight. I know that, had dogs for 12 years. She took my details for a vet to ring me, it's now Friday 30th. So we'll give Charnwood a miss, if they can't get something basic right from the start......
