Nice to see Sedgefield branch open again.Staff very good and helpful
Apr 11, 2025 · Robert WalkerAfter years of being ripped off by these cowboys we decided to try Sore paws at Newton Aycliffe, wish we had done it 10 year ago and could have saved an absolute fortune. Last time here it cost us £100 for 2minutes of vets time and a few tablets, on the other side sore paws give our cat a thorough examination and talked about him for ages, getting to know his history etc, give 2lots of meds n was £53, probs would have been 150 here, never again.
May 04, 2024 · Tom WilliamsNever really leave reviews but here we are, the receptionist that took my call was sarcastic. Took my bird in to get their opinion on him. 'healthy bird' they said, gave him two injections and 5 hours later he was dead, took my money then told me they were not specialists. Never again. Absolutely heartbroken. If i could leave the review without a star I would.
Dec 11, 2018 · Clair PearsonMy cat went missing and I informed this vets as they were the closest. I left all my information asking them to let me know if anyone phoned about a cat matching his description. Almost 2 weeks later I was phoning round everywhere again just to refresh everyone that he was still missing to find out this vets had got a call days after my first call and they had not bothered to inform me so my cat spent almost 2 weeks living outside and although back home now he is in a state due to their lack of care with informing me!
Jun 28, 2017 · Jamie LeaverBe warned..don't use this practice. They have been treating my beloved cat over the past month for a tooth infection and wanted to remove all her teeth. Visited another vet yesterday for 2nd opinion .. She died under anaesthetic today due to bone cancer in her jaw. Total misdiagnosis...absolutely devastated 💔
