Based on the provided customer reviews which mention "took very good care of our 2 kitties" and "looked after her great," alongside the typical functions of a professional animal care establishment, the following services would generally be expected and align with a facility offering comprehensive care:
- Expert Cat Boarding: Providing secure, comfortable, and stimulating accommodations for cats of all temperaments, tailored to individual needs.
- Individualised Care Plans: Customised care routines, including feeding schedules, playtimes, and medication administration if required, ensuring each cat’s specific needs are met.
- Regular Health Monitoring: Experienced staff observe cats closely for any changes in behaviour or health, providing prompt attention if concerns arise.
- Veterinary Referrals (as needed): While not explicitly stated as a full veterinary clinic, a reputable boarding facility would have established relationships with local veterinarians for immediate consultation or transfer in case of an emergency. This ensures that expert medical attention is readily available.
- Grooming Assistance: Basic grooming, such as brushing, to keep cats comfortable and well-maintained during their stay.
- Daily Updates for Owners: Providing peace of mind through regular communication, including photos and videos, allowing owners to stay connected with their pets.
- Special Care for Shy/Nervous Cats: Dedicated attention and a calm approach for cats who may be more anxious or timid in new environments.
Catnaps distinguishes itself through several key features and highlights that make it a preferred choice for cat owners in the Grimsby area and beyond. These aspects contribute to the exceptional experience provided for both pets and their owners:

- Personalised Attention: The staff at Catnaps are committed to providing individualised care, understanding that each cat has its own personality, preferences, and requirements. This tailored approach ensures a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- Regular Video Updates: A much-appreciated feature, as highlighted by customer reviews, is the provision of video updates. This allows owners to see their cats happy and settled, offering invaluable peace of mind while they are away.
- Caring and Experienced Staff: The team, exemplified by "Kim and Ian" in the reviews, is praised for their genuine care, professionalism, and ability to handle even nervous cats with kindness and expertise.
- Comfortable and Secure Environment: The facilities are designed to be safe, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing "home away from home" atmosphere for all feline guests.

June 17 · Maddison IwanczukBrilliant place to leave your cat, our baby was left for 2 nights over the weekend. First time been left I was very nervous as she is very shy nervous cat, but they looked after her great. Sent videos which was lovely to receive. So thanks again for looking her 😘
September 15 · Amanda WoodsLennie our quirky rescue cat had a luvely first staycation with Ian and Kim at Catnaps. What a great setup they have and what fantastic people they are, keeping us informed about Lennie as it was the first time he had been left since we adopted him. He had such a great time he is looking forward to going back. Thanks Ian and Kim for taking care of him.
August 30 · Brian TandyAfter a poor experience elsewhere, we bought our cat to CatNaps and was reassured instantly that he would be more than okay. Kim and Ian really couldn’t do more for us, sending videos and pictures as well as daily updates. Guinness has returned home happy and healthy, having had his own holiday and even came home with his own little mouse toy made by Kim. We really couldn’t thank you both enough for the care you have provided ❤️
July 21 · Sophie WilliamsPepsi stayed for one week over the Christmas period, her first time in a cattery. I was worried about leaving my baby alone but she was well looked after and taken care of, she used a litter tray for first time as she stills likes to go outdoors. I was sent a video of her being very chatty and doing a spot of bird watching from her room which put a smile on my face, would highly recommend 🐈⬛🐈⬛😊😊
