Oct 30, 2024 · Klaudia McNallyI have been waiting for firstvets to pick up for hours now. I’ve called so many times. Been hung up on once before and now they just won’t pick up the phone. My pets situation isn’t an emergency sure, but I’d still like it if the staff did their jobs and picked up so I could book my pet in. This is really frustrating.
Sep 11, 2024 · Blossom SynthxExtortionate pricing on treatments. I paid £57 for a consultation, and a medication which is £20 online.. I paid £50+ for at this practice. I am really disappointed as I want the best for my girl and she needs further treatment, I am trying to register her at a smaller practice which are not profit orientated or commercial, I fear that there won’t be space and I’ll have to keep going here. The vet tried adding extra things onto our bill but I had the same things at home so I requested she take them off. The vet was nice mannered though and very gentle, but the reception staff a little unprofessional, stating during a conversation I heard that they aren’t sure whether the medication someone was requesting was for tablets or “up the hoop”. Made me giggle but if you’re worried about your pet I wouldn’t find this mentality in the workplace reassuring 😅.
