Cardiff Veterinary Centre Reviews
I contacted Cardiff Veterinary Centre about my situation with my pet Rosie, and I just wanted to say how lovely the experience was. The lady I spoke with was so kind, understanding, and really took the time to listen to what I was going through. It made such a difference to feel heard and supported, especially during a stressful time. I truly appreciate the care and compassion shown—thank you so much.

Dec 18, 2024 · Sian Harkin (Jane)I've had a few dogs over the last 20 years, and Cardiff veterinary clinic has been the best vets by far. Prices are good, staff are lovely and helpful. Also the aftercare is brilliant. I would highly recommend.
Jul 03, 2025 · Danielle ReesPopped in for Lola’s annual check and booster. Lorenzo was so caring and gentle. As part of the health plan, Lola received her annual booster and a very thorough check over from Lorenzo. Very happy pawrents 🐾
Jan 17, 2025 · Jane ChampI contacted them for a second opinion on my dog. After giving all my details and his file being emailed over I was contacted to take him in. At first the receptionist pushed me to accept a double consultation which I felt was totally unnecessary as he needed X-Rays. A double consultation would cost double the price. Have booked a single @ £60 I took him along and he needed said X-Rays, more expensive than the previous Vet. As I left I paid the £60 plus an extra £50 deposit and he was booked in. At no time was I advised that they had a 48 hour policy, if you fail to contact them 48 hours prior to an appointment you loose your deposit. Yesterday feeling unwell and not being able to arrange someone else to take him in, I emailed to cancel. Shortly after I received a message to confirm the appointment, so I rang and was told no problem but you loose your deposit because it’s within 48 hours and the phone went down. Not happy I rang back but no answer so I emailed and explained I had contacted them and thought their attitude very unfair as at no time had I been told of the policy, a few emails later and I was told if I rebooked they would put it as a credit on my account. Rebook! Firstly you pressure me to take a double consultation and then you fine me because I didn’t comply with a rule I knew nothing about and when I had contacted them to cancel. My faith in them totally exhausted I just asked for my money back. Which was refused and then after many emails agreed but not received. My experience is that every turn they will try and squeeze more money out of you. There no customer care or consideration. Rebook! All trust is lost.
