Jun 27, 2025 · D KI can't thank the staff here enough. We called in desperate need of an urgent appointment for our 8 month old french bulldog Martha-May. The reception staff were extremely helpful and very kindly booked us in straight away. From start to finish, the veterinary team was extremely attentive to Martha-May and could not do enough for her and us. All staff provided a professional and friendly service. We can not recommend the PDSA enough, and I would kindly ask for people to donate any old blankets or towels you may have as they are always in need of these items. Once again, thank you to all the staff of the PDSA cardiff.
Mar 03, 2024 · Clare StudleyRang up this evening (8th April 2025) as we were desperate to get our dog seen to who is a one year old French bulldog, we were begging for some sort of help over the phone to get her seen to and all we were told is if we take her there the only option is she gets put to sleep! Highly disappointed as these are animal care workers! The lady on the phone had zero compassion I expected better from animal care workers!
