★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Been to visit Kirsty twice now, the first time for nails trimmed.. for abit of context I have a rescue dog, who is incredibly fearful of strangers, and is still reactive towards them as well as other dogs. Kirsty advised us of the best time to go to the shop when it would be quieter so less stressful for Miller! She spotted quickly that she was best letting Miller approach her and backed off while he sniffed around her which is the perfect approach for him! Whilst having his nails cut, she was absolutely wonderful, a full range of treats, went at Millers pace, let him sniff around, and sniff the clippers! The second time was a more fun visit for a Halloween photoshoot! How fun! Cutest little set up in the back, and the same process, quietest time for Miller, let him sniff, and took some fabulous photos!
October 21 · Amy HindleThanks for your patience and care with Socks today. It was the first time she has had her nails clipped without trauma ... for both of us.She enjoyed the treats and the praise and didn't seem to notice the fact that you'd actually clipped her nails! We'll definitely be back!
October 08 · Beth CampbellI took my rabbit to Kirsty at Tails of the Town for a groom and shave. He desperately needed de-matting which Kirsty expertly did and we are so pleased with the results. She made sure my rabbit was calm throughout and gave him a thorough check over. She absolutely knows her stuff, offered useful advice and we will definitely be returning.

October 25 · Steven EllisonKirsty and Amy are both amazingly friendly and helpful, and they have a superb range of pet supplies. Wherever possible, they try to stock local products and have a strong environmental ethos. Cannot recommend highly enough!
