The shop didn’t have any stock but was more than happy to order me the filter in and let me know when it arrived in the shop.They have also started to stock my Hikari pellets after I requested if they could.Always warm welcomes. Never had 1 complaint.When my grandad had a fall, they were brilliant! They delivered his fish food on a frequent basis so he didn’t have to walk miles to the shop.Shops like Elm Lane are so important to the fish community. Support your local shop.

February 14 · D TEEI visited this shop a week ago for a fish for my 30L biorb to be told I couldn't have any fish because my tank was to small,I thought he was joking but he wasn't.I asked him what am I supposed to put in the bowl then, he replied ' it's the law. 'Why sell 30L tanks then.Rude staff.I ended up going to pets at home where the staff was very polite and helpful and got 6 minrows.Very happy 😊

Friendly owners and well kept stock including many exotic pets you don't see in other places.Also sell live plants for your aquarium and good advice is given as to which is best to get.All my fish from Elm Lane Aquatics survived the journey home and settled in lovely.Highly recommended.
