May 26, 2025 · Annette HullahPhil, Mel and Lynne are fantastic and take great care to ensure Spock is looked after and we are reassured. As an 18 year old cat, quality of life is importance and we feel properly looked after.Make the move to Your Family Vets, you won’t be disappointed.
Jun 11, 2025 · Richard HolmesI came across Your Family Vets when seeking a second opinion for a surgical procedure on my Border Terrier. I had been using the same vet’s practice for several years and was beginning to wonder how they could justify their very high fees. Your Family Vets were able to carry out the same procedure for less than half of the original quote. I found the staff professional, caring and knowledgable and I’m very happy with the end results (as is my Border)! Very happy to recommend them; will not be using any other vets from now on.
Apr 08, 2025 · Joe BrearleyOur family dog suddenly became very unwell and we needed a vet quickly. After contacting the surgery Vet Phil understood our concerns with compassion but was able to manage expectations too with real empathy. Our dog needed emergency treatment and surgery to give her any chance. Communication throughout the day was great and never did we feel pressured into making hasty decisions without discussing them as a family first. We cannot praise this vetinary surgery enough, all the team have been incredible. Glad to say our dog is now home and wagging her tail again.5 star just doesn't seem enough - 10 stars in our opinion!
