⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Amazing Care for My Cat – Molly Is a Star!I can’t thank the team at Vets4Pets Sutton-in-Ashfield enough for the outstanding care they gave to my cat. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming and reassuring — exactly what you need when your pet is feeling under the weather.A special thank you goes to Molly, who was absolutely brilliant with my cat. She was gentle, patient, and clearly has a natural way with animals. Molly took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure both my cat and I felt calm and supported throughout the visit. It’s clear that this practice truly cares about the animals they treat. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and the whole team is incredibly professional and kind.If you’re looking for a vet who treats your pet like their own, I wholeheartedly recommend Vets4Pets in Sutton — and especially Molly. My cat came away purring and happy, and I left feeling totally reassured.
Jul 06, 2025 · Heather WalkerExcellent and very friendly staff. Especially Ellie & Molly! Buddy, Bella & Buster always look forward to coming to the vets, mainly for all the cuddles they get! We have never had an issue with vets for pets, they are amazing and always go above and beyond. Always answer and queries we have in full detail and are so helpful!
May 01, 2025 · Caitlin SimpsonAll the staff are lovely, whenever I’ve needed advice they all go the extra mile to help. Receptionists cuddle all the animals that come through the doors as if they were treating them themselves. All are very knowledgeable
Jul 06, 2025 · Beth LabanowskiAbsolutely horrendous experience at this practice. We took our beloved family dog to this practise as she was severely struggling and needed urgent veterinary attention. We got her booked in and she was seen by a junior vet for an initial check up first of all, we could tell our dog was struggling and she was severely bleeding all over the place smelling the hole place out and panting excessively and was in severe discomfort. The junior vet came out after the initial check up and said she wasnt an urgent case and she was apparently full of life. We know our beloved dog better than anyone and we simply knew this wasn't the case so when we questioned the individuals decision the individual just came across as a know it all and wasn't willing to take another look or anything. She even had the nerve to tell us she wasn't bleeding when she was bleeding in the waiting room for everyone to see.We wasn't gonna have this treatment for our dog or see her suffer so we took her to the Kirkby branch who were very good and understanding and dealt with a heartbreaking situation where devistatingly it was the best decision to have the dog put down to avoid her suffering.Sutton vets for pets take a look at how you handled this situation and learn from it. Horrendous service and I would hate for any other member of the public to deal with what we had to deal with.
May 09, 2025 · Tom WVets4Pets, Sutton-in-Ashfield for many years have cared for my little dog. Staff are always caring and patient with my little girl, as she has abit of anxiety over vet visits.Recently, I was really worried about a sudden change in behaviour, and eating habits in my dog. And I felt that the practice staff did all they could to make sure my dog was properly looked after. Reception arranged a same day appointment, and once we arrived my dog was seen by a veterinary nurse named Steph. Steph was kind and attentive, and clearly explained the steps she'd take to investigate my little girl. I really felt my dog was truly cared for, and that Steph had only her best interests at heart. If you own a dog, cat or rabbit, I really recommend you join one of the "Complete Care Plans" offered here. They offer a range of benefits that coupled with the care from the staff at Vets4Pets - Sutton in Ashfield, has really benefited my dog over the years. Its made me feel I'm doing all I can to love and care for my beautiful little companion.
