The Park Vet Group in Glenfield Reviews
Our kitten sadly passed away on the way to the out of hours service they offer and the staff here were unbelievable, from the initial phone call to handling her respectfully. Through to discussing our options and we decided as a family what was best, they even clipped her fur and made footprints for our daughter which was beautiful. Then 3 days later we got a really thoughtful handwritten sympathy card from the team. Couldn't rate highly enough! Thank you for such professionalism
Jul 05, 2025 · Sam WrenThe vets and vetinary nurse staff are really nice and friendly and do their jobs efficiently. However, a major let down of this practice are the receptionists. Most I've met seem to hate being there. I mean, you'd imagine if you are a receptionist at a vet practice, you would at least pretend to like animals. They are always unfriendly, sometimes bordering on rude. I feel anxious every time I have to speak to one.The worst is when I have a query regarding my pets health, and they give unqualified vetinary advice! Sometimes they do go and speak to the vet, but even then, it seems like a favour is being done.I think it is only this branch. Once, I had to go to a practice at another branch, and the receptionist there was lovely. She voluntarily left her desk just to come check on my kitten and offered calming wipes. Yeah.. you can't even hope for that here, because even just a friendly smile is difficult to get... genuinely don't think I've ever received one.
Jun 20, 2025 · N JSadly lost my Boy Binx🤍, The Park Vet group ladies that helped me with my keepsakes was so lovely, helpful and caring, Thank you all so so much🥹 x
Feb 08, 2025 · Georgia BeWe saw Benjamin yesterday, I’ve met some very caring vets at your practice however Benjamin was exceptional, I would only want to see him in future. He took great care of all of them, was so genuinely interested in them, sat in the floor with them and after such an outstanding level of attention, he uncovered issues they had, updated us in some of their previous conditions and we came away with a future plan of treatments and priorities. He understood our financial restraints and made us feel assured moving forward. Oh and he literally has saved Molly’s life! We are forever grateful, thank you.
