Vets4Pets Leicester Fosse Park Reviews
Title:Extremely Disappointing – Poor Service, Zero AccountabilityReview:I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Vets4Pets [Fosspark] was appalling enough that I feel others deserve a warning.I was told I could attend an appointment without a deposit, as I had credit on the account. Then, out of nowhere, I was contacted and told I had to pay or my appointment would be cancelled. I was passed to someone named Liz — supposedly the decision-maker — who was unaware of the situation and spoke to me in a rude, dismissive tone that left me completely shocked.I tried to raise a formal complaint multiple times. In return, I received vague replies, contradictory information, and eventually a cold, automated message saying the case had been closed — without any proper investigation or apology. The entire experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, poor internal communication, and zero care for client trust or pet welfare. If this is how loyal customers are treated, I dread to think how they handle more serious issues.I’ve now reported this to the RCVS, VCMS, and Trading Standards, and I’ll continue to escalate if needed. I genuinely expected better from a brand that claims to care for animals and their owners.Avoid if you value respect, clarity, and basic decency.I’ve now reported this to the RCVS, VCMS, and Trading Standards. I’ll continue to escalate this if needed, as I believe no customer — especially one who has acted responsibly and respectfully — should be treated this way. I genuinely expected better from a brand that claims to care for animals and their owners.

May 12, 2024 · Daria NikolajReally good vets. My cat was in a fight nurse saw him within a couple of hours on a Saturday. Told me how to treat him without pushing expensive medical. Apr 26, 2025 · Kezia KecibasI've been a customer of this vets for many many years. I took my cat in a few weeks ago and It looked like she was going to die, the vet said she might or I could spend 600-1000 to put her in the vets. The cat got looked at my two vets. I was suspicious ( I'm really into body language) and something didn't add up. Anyway , I was crying and distraught as I don't/can't/can't justify spending that much on a cat. So I took her home. Turns out she had cat flu. I'm guessing that the vets knew the signs of cat flu ( they spend a minimum of 5 years training so MUST have observed this as it's a common ailment) but didn't want to tell me/thought they could make a few £££ out of me. Anyway , that was awful and I had to force feed the cat water and she got better, then because the vets didn't bother to tell me it was cat flu my other cat got it as well . So I've spent the past few weeks looking after two ill cats. Both have managed to survive due to me constantly watching over them and force feeding them water when they were at their most ill. I'm disappointed that neither vet could recognise the symptoms or withheld the information and it was left to me a general citizen who yes has studied a medical based degree but is not fluent in animal health to work it out! Quite disappointed! This should have been an easy spot.
