★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Rip off merchants of the highest order. Been coming for a few years, as well as a vet in Ireland, after my local vet in wigston retiredThey wrongly wouldn’t update passports with pre travel worming info. Claiming that they are not allowed to, the official documentation clearly states that they must.I had to go elsewhere in a hurry prior to travel, almost ruining a holiday. The woman I dealt with on that occasion was not only wrong, but rude with it.As she had been with my partner on other occasions too.Today, took both dogs in for kennel cough vax & boosters for one. Made 1 appointment. They charged 2 different prices for the kennel cough vax, stating that one as because it was combined with other treatments.£190 in 5 minutes!!!!My Irish vet’s is around 1/3 Price on all drugs & 1/2 the price for consultationAvoid these greedy feckers!!!
February 19 · Pete ButlerTo be honest at first they was great but when we went in to address a few things symptoms my dog was having they didn’t even seem interested in the over all symptoms they just focused on the common problems my breed of dogs have and then tried telling me to try two different ear medicine one in each ear for a month then to come back in and stick with whatever one is working. What would have cost me jusy shy of £300 but it wasn’t about the cost it was the fact that my dog was shaking her head licking her paws and scratching. So I took her to pdsa and they said it was a yeast infection symptoms, and to get her some probiotics tablets help promote gut health. The more I ponder on this the more annoyed I get at them not just for the monetary value but they fact bell brown and Bentley wanted to give my dog two random drugs without fully checking on my dog. As of late I feel bell brown and Bentley are just after the money and living of the predecessor name whom none no longer a part of the veterinarian practice.
January 10 · Ashley ZeusVery sharp practice on prescribed prescriptions. Supplied at a mark-up of 269% against buying on line. If you wish to buy online the practice charges £30.00 for a prescription.
March 28 · Nick AntillFrom the reception staff to the veterinary, all staff are really welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help.Thank you for talking such good care of my cat Loki.
September 16 · Reema ChauhanVery kind and compassionate when we found an injured cat, giving treatment quickly and helping get the cat reunited with his owners. They have a waifs and strays fund if anyone wants to contribute to that. If I get a pet I'll definitely use this vet's.
