Galemire Vets Reviews
There was no option to leave - stars or I would have! I wouldn’t trust this vets with a stuffed toy let alone a family pet! All about money and nothing else, the only good thing this vets has to offer is the locum vet, the clinical lead vet is nothing but RUDE and ill mannered with no veterinary knowledge at all. It took for me to push and basically tell them my pet wasn't well, constantly being fobbed off with medication! They done things they knew shouldn’t have happened, hence them having to wipe hefty bills! Avoid at any cost, no animal care whatsoever!
Dec 31, 2024 · Sarah AnnExcellent service the vet has a excellent my puppy Brodie had a very warm and caring first visit to the vets ☺️🐶
Jan 15, 2025 · Jacqueline TrelevenLovely people, great vets.Just so expensive.I took my dog for a check on her ears as she is always in lakes or roles in mud. I shower her, have to clean her ears but they get inflamed, regularly. The vet had a look, told me that which o already knew, didnt attempt to remove any of it and charged my about £100 quid for not doing very much at all. I wouldn't have minded if she had at least done something to help clear her ears, yet it left a bad impression that vets just spank you for cash because they can.I appreciate they are only interested in money, I get that, but don't pretend to be interested in animal welfare if you're not.I still clean her ears out, the dog not the vets 🤣 although the vet was lovely , professional etc, yet at the same time dismissive. Felt that I was intruding on her afternoon instead of seeking help for my little pup. Again, I mean no offence just saying how I saw it. If it was a thirty quid payment then I could understand the difference experienced, yet when you pay a premium I expect premium treatment. I think that either the practice or vets in general need to take a deep look at themselves. Again, appreciate it's a business, yet I felt as of I'd been ripped off.She has reduced inflammation and the antibiotic ear drops are working, just not as quickly as I'd hoped.
