May 09, 2025 · Eddie LawsonReally great vets, been a few times with my cat. The receptionists are always polite and friendly and the vets are always really informative and care about your pets wellbeing. By far the best vets that I have visited.
Jun 03, 2025 · CharlotteCaring, compassionate and professional. Our cat was with Tweed House for 15 years, they always treated her, and us, with care and respect. They gave honest opinions and never tried to push unnecessary procedures onto us, always putting our cats welfare first. They would regularly squeeze in emergency appointments when needed, and always had a smile and a shoulder to cry on. When our cat sadly had to be put to sleep recently Tweed House were amazing. They gave us as much time as we needed, spoke to us with understanding and compassion, and even sent us a beautiful hand written sympathy card after she passed. I cannot praise them enough, they are all angels.
Jul 16, 2025 · Anna UrwinThe vets was immaculate and you were greeted by a lovely fresh smell when entering. Alison on reception couldn't have been more helpful and clearly explained the pet plan we were taking out. She was very knowledgeable and put our minds at rest with our first fur baby. They were all brilliant and made sure our puppy was healthy. You didn't feel rushed and the customer service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend.
