Penrose Farm Cattery Reviews
My little 1 year old cat was so well looked after, he even got his cuddles from Rachael as requested :) We had photos and updates about him as it was his first time in a cattery hotel. Bilbo cat and I have discussed going back there for a holiday and he is more than happy to. Thank you for looking after Bilbo Cat, our break was made even better with the knowledge he was being looked after so well.
Aug 17, 2020 · Jane StroudMy cat Merlin went here for the first time recently. He was quite content when I picked him up he hadn't used his carrier as a toilet like the last time he went to a cattery. And he was very loving & fussy this time where normally he ignores us for at least 2 days.Think the fact he can look out into the garden but not see the other cats might have helped him settle here. Both Rachel & Jamie were friendly and helpful & the updates the first night & next morning were great. Will definitely use again.
Sep 05, 2023 · Sharmel MerlinPenrose Farm Cattery hosted our 3 cats over the Christmas holidays and took great care of them, booking with Rachel was easy and sorting out the paperwork was very straightforward. They kept us informed on how our cats were settling in and we felt very reassured of how well they were being looked after. We will definitely be booking for our cats in again for the summer break and would certainly recommend Penrose Farm Cattery to others; they have great rooms for the cats, they are safe, clean and well cared for. Rachel and the family have thought very carefully on how they want to offer a great stay for the cats as well as reassurance to owners that their cats will be well looked after.
Feb 09, 2020 · Hugh ManneringsRachael and Jamie are wonderful hosts! They recently looked after Teddy, our rescue cat when we were having building work done on our home! It is an amazing setting! Nothing was too much trouble and we received regular updates from Rachael! The pens were spotlessly clean and well furnished! Dietary requirements were followed and Teddy was extremely well looked after! He was very happy there and he settled back at home immediately! Our grateful thanks to Jamie, Rachael and the girls for their outstanding care and attention of Teddy!
Apr 17, 2020 · Jan PageMy cat Lola stayed for the first time recently and I was very impressed with the cleanliness, care and enthusiasm of Rachael (the owner). It is the first time I have left a cat at a cattery and known when picking them up they were happy and well cared for. Keep up the good work.
