★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Professional, caring, very friendly Nurse and Staff. Would highly recommend. Vets are brilliant too, especially when I my 18.5 year old cat passed on the journey to the Vets, they were so kind, patient, understanding and in no rush at all to end the emergency appt. The Vet could also remember he'd seen Thomas last time and how well he was. I've now got a 19 week old ragdoll kitten Tillie and they've been brilliant with her ❤️
July 17 · Mandy FearonWhat a wonderful practice. Got an immediate appointment to see Vicki the vet who was informative and confident with my elderly chinchilla. All staff were friendly and supportive. Am happy to recommend this practice to any pet owner.
April 25 · Louise GibsonNothing negative to say, when i arrived i explained my dog can be reactive so the lady on reception let us sit in a private room, one vet was running late so they arranged for another vet to see us, they checked we were happy to see another vet, as I originally wanted to see a certain vet but to speed things up i agreed as my dog was becoming stressed while waiting. Great experience. Would recommend seeing Vicki.
July 16 · Emma MitchellThe team at Millcroft are fantastic over the 20 years that we have been with them. We currently have an 20yr old cat with ongoing thyroid issues and has now developed kidney problems and they have been very helpful with advice and what happens next. Our other cat had a cancerous tumor removed some years ago and thankfully it has not come back, at the time the team were amazing with support and advice and the aftercare was second to non. I would and do recommend Millcroft to any of my friends and family who are thinking of getting a pet.
July 01 · Sara CoicadanMy little Bella has been seen in this clinic since we got her! The staff is very kind and incredible! Never waited more than a couple of days for an appointment. All the support you need for your pet in one place!
