Ferrybridge Aquatics Reviews
Fantastic service here today from Ryan. Sorted me a couple corals and gave expert advise. Will definitely be returning again!
July 05 · Jack LoweExtremely disappointing service, spoke to the owner and was assured some fish would be reserved due to having to travel quite a distance. Followed up with a member of staff during the week who also assured they had lots of males and females and 3 pairs had been reserved. Arrived today nothing was reserved and not a single female in sight, after a 4 and a half hour round trip.Last time was given a guaranteed female fish that was male.Extremely poor customer service
May 11 · Tom KieltyWhat a fantastic gem of a find this shop is! We stumbled upon it following a Google search of suppliers within travelling distance to us. The shop is extremely well stocked. The choice was far greater than anything we had seen before which was fabulous to have various options to choose from. We were able to get a super group of fish which are settling nicely into our tank. There’s a real quality to the staff at this place….. They’re not pushy for sales and are extremely knowledgeable. A huge thank you to Harrison who served us. HE WAS SO HELPFUL!! Having thrown a thousand questions to him he really did help massively and we hope to see him again. Also many thanks to the lovely lady who was on the till. ( I’m so sorry for not getting your name but you really helped today ) I totally recommend anyone reading this to pay them a visit. Choice, knowledge, health of fish and service are in another league. Thank you again and we will be back real soon. 😊
