Alpha Veterinary Centre Reviews
Lovely Vets practice, have used for years and staff always caring and attentive. I have an XL bully and wasn't sure anyone would accept her as a patient, but they didn't hesitate and she has been treated amazingly. She loves going to see the ladies in the vets. We also had to have our 15 year old Jack Russell put to sleep on Christmas eve and the Vets showed us a lot of empathy and kindness. Thank you Alpha Vets
Jun 12, 2025 · Alahna CanningFantastic vets, appreciate the all the help when our dog had an allergic reaction to something he had eaten. They seen us stright away. Both helpful and surportive, and didn't charge us the earth like most vets do. A big thank you to the receptionist who went out het way for us 🙏
Jul 15, 2025 · Russell cowlingWould give zero if I could. As a loyal customer since 2010 I am incredibly disappointed in the recent service provided by this practice. When I first joined they were efficient, kind and honest. I was incredibly happy. However, since lockdown their performance has deteriorated dramatically to the point I do not recognise the current practice as being the same as the former. It is quite simply impossible to get hold of them. I have not been able to establish contact or receive a response from them in over a year. Even replying to texts they send me is met with radio silence. My dog is now 2 months past due on his vaccinations which I have paid for through their pet plan. At his last appointment we couldn’t even get anyone to answer the door for ages.At this point they are in complete dereliction of their duty of care to my pet. Fortunately, he has not suffered any ill health over the past 2 years. However, as he is getting older I have had to move to an alternative vet in the area.
Feb 08, 2025 · Kathryn WoodsUnfortunatly after using this vets for many years we have now decided to move our animals elsewhere , as other reviewers have said the practice is dirty and the phone is never answerd this raises questions around needing them in an emergancy .Although the care of our animals has been satisfactory some of the advice has been questionable
Jun 01, 2025 · Kev EganThe most ignorant practice I’ve ever dealt with. They rarely answer phone calls. Constantly ‘forget’ to do what they say they’ll do. The ‘Manager’ doesn’t know how to manage anything and is downright rude. And the place looks like a dump.
