I am giving this review regarding today. I have been with pdsa for a long time for my cat and dog but today we sadly had to put our 15 year old family cat to rest. We felt supported, everything was explained, we were treated with respect, caring, understanding and genuine sympathy. We were given as much time as we needed, we weren’t rushed out and we truly felt like they were taking the journey of grief with us. Thank you so much to everyone involved in our cats passing over at the pdsa we appreciate your care today so much. It also made me think twice about moaning waiting for so long in the waiting room, you never know when there is a family taking up a room using their time to say goodbye to a part of their family. Thank you again to everyone involved in our Gary’s care and his passing today (yes our cat was called Gary) thank you pdsa 😽🥺 - Samantha Hudson
