Vets4Pets - Newcastle Kingston Park Reviews
Been twice with our hamster, sadly today we needed to have her put to sleep. They were so understanding, could bring her straight in as she was stuggling. I can't fault the service both times and thank them for the rapid response today as I was so upset at her rapid decline xx
Nov 05, 2024 · Kelly StaplesI need a new tooth brush for my little girlie. Im sure i can find just what im looking for tomorrow
Oct 27, 2023 · Carmen “Only me” BROWNI would not recommend using this vet practice for dental treatment. My dog had a large amount of teeth removed in 2020 and fully awoke twice from the anaesthetic during the procedure. One of the teeth snapped during the procedure and the root was left in. I was advised this would need to be removed in around 6 weeks time once mouth was healed. Despite several visits for gum infections subsequently and annual check ups over the past 3 years no further reference was made to the remaining root and/or itpossibly being related to recurring infections. I had 3 different opinions in the space of 4 months this year from 3 vets at this practice as to the dental treatment my dog needed because of her gum infections (no reference to the remaining half tooth). Confused and unsure I went to a different vet -thank goodness I did! I have now registered both my dogs with this new vet having lost trust and respect for Vets4Pets Kingston Park.
Sep 18, 2023 · Kathryn RedpathI’ve taken both of my rabbits here for routine surgery (neutering) the staff are highly educated on rabbits and were extremely understanding that I was very nervous leaving my pets. They talked me through the whole procedure and were very reassuring. They make a phone call during the day to let you know how your pet is to put your mind at rest. The aftercare is fantastic and good value for money. They made it a very smooth experience, they really are a fantastic veterinary practice, brilliant vets and nurses, everyone is very involved and compassionate. The reception team are also brilliant they go out of their way to get an appointment that is suited to you and your needs. Highly recommend.
May 10, 2019 · Chloe DoyI have taken both my dogs here from puppies, they are now 7 and 6 years old. There is always good appointment availability and I have found all the staff I have met to be kind and professional. Time has always been taken to listen to me and care has always been taken to explain any treatment plan. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
