4.0
I recently moved to Ribble Vets and I am so glad I did. I have been really impressed with their service so far. My dog unfortunately has an eye ulcer and also suffers with nervous aggression, he does not make things easy for the team. Sarah the vet treating him has been amazing and really accommodating to his needs. Natalie from the pet behavioural team has also been great at working out the best ways for my dog to receive the treatment he needs. The reception staff are efficient and the phone is always answered promptly when I have called. The vet nurses have been brilliant and I’m so thankful to them for helping me get the eye drops in. This is the first vets I’ve been to where I feel they genuinely care, work together as a team and want the best for my dog. I can’t thank them enough. I trust them completely and I’m sure my dog's eye will be on the mend soon. - amy waddington
