The Town Vets Reviews
So happy with the care at The Town VetsBoth Natalie and Gill at reception were so kind and helpful with registering our dog and booking her in for her procedure. The Vet, Valerie, fantastic—she explained everything clearly was so patient, which really put us at ease. Great with our dog too.The vet nurse I spoke with post procedure (didn’t catch her name) was also lovely. She told me she was cuddling my dog which was really nice to hear that she was in the hands of someone so caringThe price for the spaying procedure was very fair compared to other vets in the area.Overall really happy our dog is registered here. Thanks again to the whole team!

Jun 15, 2025 · Gareth Flanagan (Flanny)Prices are far too high now. Asked me 700 for a small operation on my dogs ear which I am getting done somewhere else now for 200. Daylight robbery. I won't be back
Mar 10, 2025 · Chris MurphyAn excellent service from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, supportive and helpful. My wee Toby got knee surgery, now stiches out. We all happy and puppy running again.
Nov 05, 2020 · Airida CamaraWorst and most unprofessional experience with a vet, took my cat in to treat his infected wounds, just to watch the vet incharge of helping my emi, run off to talk to her coworkers while trapping my cats tail in the door, while also having the absolute audacity to undermine and down talk me for not having the right communication skills(I suffer with disabilities)when I came back after withdrawing the money needed, she tried to enforce euthanasia repeatedly before accepting that I wouldn't consent to it.He is now home after his amputation but I will be taking this far into legal matters for the damages done.I am absolutely appalled at the customer service of this establishment and I am not satisfied with how I was spoken to or how my feline friend was treated. For anyone who has a cat with a skin condition in around the same age 6-19 years, I advise you to avoid the town vet as if it is the bubonic plague.Comparing where he was neutered compared to the town vet, I would whole heartedly choose the previous vet over any of this nonsense. If the wonderful woman who is at fault for my poor emis damages, reads this review, I hope you know that you will hear from a lawyer at some point. Absolutely disgusted. As someone who has been badly affected by your services, I have full right to make any statements I wish to share and I will warn others of these experiences and why they shouldn't choose your establishment.
