★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The vets in this place are the reason I will never return and advise others to do the same. 0 compassion, 0 effort or care, just prescribe without doing any checks and unhelpful. Max the vet, just prescribes endless medication and gave it to my dog without asking then charge inflated amounts , extremely unhelpful with a nervous dog and just doesn’t care at all. Had my other dog neutered, took her back for a check up, other vet Diego persistently tugged at her stitches to which he had to be told to stop, she then ended up bleeding all weekend and having a bad infection. Only given 2 stars and not 1 due to the nice reception staff.
July 09 · Max RiversEveryone here is so nice and helpful. Gave great advice and didn't overcharge us for anything. They worked so hard to find a surgeon for my cat who needed emergency surgery for her leg. I am so happy this is the vets we registered her with 9 years ago as when we really needed them they really came through for us. The nurse Sonya (hope I'm spelling that right) is one of the loveliest people you will meet, she truly cares and will go above and beyond for your pet.
April 05 · Jae HigginsonGood for the pets to keep them healthy. Sonia is amazing very friendly and chatty. Such a pleasure to be around however the bald man with glasses (vet) is awful, his attitude stinks. My dad's puppy was moving her head getting checked out for a hot-spot and as she moved away the bloke said 'if she keeps moving ill muzzle her). I'm a dog groomer! You don't need to muzzle for moving it will just stress them out more and cause them to move! She doesn't bite, she is so friendly and only 6 months old!
June 03 · Chlo ChloWhen our westie was having breathing problems we decided to get to nearest vet as he is registered in northampton the vet his lymph nodes were swollen in his neck so prescribed antibiotics and anti inflammties a big improvement was made for a few days but gradually got worse so got him back and given different antibiotics once again a little improvement please note no other checks were made (ie scans or xrays) one more visit for check up and given more antibiotics on good Friday pm our westie ollie was really struggling phoned vets now as emergency in Moulton they immediately put him on oxygen as his mouth was turning blue and scanned and x-ray on chest found a mass on his lungs and swollen lymph nodes on chest and throat consequently the kindest thing we could do was to put him to sleep to ease his long term painMy question is why the easipet vet did not carry out the scan and or xrays (just intent on giving meds)not even given oxygen! My wife and I had a very stressful day along with our14yr old westieVery disappointed with easipetcare will avoid using again (public please be aware of vet named max)
April 21 · Derek ThompsonCaring, reassuring and helpful. Explained my cats procedure clearly and was considerate of my feelings. I will return their again and trust that they give my cat the best care needed to heal him.
