Jan 29, 2025 · Elysia FayeFar too many issues to mention. My only regret is staying with them for so long. They are never up front about costs, they charge as much as they can even prolonging treatment to ensure they make as much as money as possible, which is their driving factor, not the wellbeing of the animals. They never explain what they are doing and reasons why nor do they discuss treatments with you. They just land massive bills on you and expect you to pay without questions. Never see the same vet. Dirty and tired practice that is boiling hot and when this was queried when it was 20 degrees outside, we were told ‘Head office controlled the heating’ creating a very stressful and potentially dangerous situation. Avoid this company if you care about your animals and bank balance. What’s more, medication is a fraction of the price online but they will do whatever they can to avoid giving you even a prescription. I could almost explain the costs if the care and compassion was there but it isn’t. Needless to say, we’ve finally left the practice

Jul 18, 2025 · Jay PROCTERI have been going to this surgery for two years and am very glad I've found a team of professionals who not only are extremely knowledgeable, but also very friendly. One of my cats was diagnosed with a serious condition and must go to the vet at least every three months for a procedure as well as blood and urine tests. The entire staff do everything to put not only me at ease and completely up-to-date, but they do everything to make my cats at ease as well. My cats mean the world to me, and I feel all of the staff treat my babies as if they were their own. They really do care. I would recommend this surgery to anyone.
