St Fagans Cattery Reviews
We picked up Oliver after two weeks — this was our first time using this cattery. The staff were so kind and pleasant, and they even shared stories about Oliver, which I really enjoyed and appreciated. Oliver appeared calm and well looked after. It would have been nice to see the premises to better understand where Oliver was staying, but we were informed that viewings aren’t usually possible during peak season. This is also clearly stated in their website. I’ll try to book another time for a visit. They do have a lovely video on their website, which we’ve seen and found reassuring.Nevertheless, from now on, this will be our cattery of choice. We love Oliver and truly appreciate and highly recommend this place. Thank you very much! 😊
Jul 04, 2025 · Easy Peasy Spanish with AngieI picked up my cats yesterday following a 12 night stay. They were cared for and adjusted quickly once returning home. We always house our two cats here when we go on holidays. They are always looked after and I really like the casual approach of only contacting me if there's an issue. I've used this cattery 3 times already and plan to continue using them.
Apr 10, 2025 · Sadie JonesLeft my old lady here for a few days whilst I was away, she came home happy and healthy, a testament to how well the staff took care of her. The lady who runs the cattery was very kind and understanding whether I arrived early or late
Apr 28, 2025 · Rutendo DafanaThis cattery doesnt send daily updates, or any updates at all, asled for a photo update and they said they charge £5, i was away 11 days and in 11 days not 1 text about my cat other than when I text on 2 occasions and was replied to a couple of days later. Felt like I'd just dropped a package to them and not my cat that I love. I understand they are very busy, but for me it was too unnerving and lacked reassurance.
Dec 02, 2024 · zubedha miahGarfield had never stayed at a cattery before and I must admit We felt a bit apprehensive about leaving him, he has his quirky little ways and has always been molly coddled since a kitten. When we dropped him off my husband had his list of how Garfy likes his food and how we bathe his eyes because of his breed etc, all the info about him was taken on board by the lady who we handed him over to and straight away she made us feel at ease and comfortable leaving him in her care. When we picked him up I could tell straight away that he had been cared for exceptionally well, he was relaxed, happy and content and His eyes had been bathed on a regular basis. He certainly looked like he was enjoying life!! His pedigree name is Prince marmalade and it appeared he had been treated like a prince whilst we were away. Highly recommended and we would definitely use them again.😊
