★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We are on holiday in Keswick and our little schnoodle has been unwell. I managed to call this lovely surgery, register and attend an appointment all within a couple of hours. The vet we saw was absolutely lovely. She had to deliver some sad news about our elderly dog, but did so with compassion and kindness. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We would thoroughly recommend
December 23 · Rachel PaulDuring our vacation in Keswick our crazy Sprocker “Buddy” became a poorly boy. Contacted Millcroft first thing in the morning and the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful. Registration completed, previous history requested and an appointment made for that day all within a few minutes. The vet was extremely thorough and very reassuring. Excellent treatment and care and very good value. Well done to the team at Millcroft. Much appreciated. Thank you
July 03 · Michelle WoodwardOn our 7hr drive to The Lake District from Dorset our lovely dog Fergus became ill. We were really worried about him. I googled for nearby vets and found Millcroft was only a few miles away. I rang them and a lovely person called Hannah said to bring him straight in. On reaching the practice we were met by Hannah who put us at our ease with her friendly greeting.Katie the vet was brilliant with Fergus who clearly felt safe in her hands. He was given a thorough examination and medication for his upset tummy. Again, Katie put our minds at ease and talked us through the probable cause and the medications.Having a poorly dog when you are far from home is no joke but Millcroft were fantastic in enabling us all to continue with our holiday.I truly wish they were situated in Dorset. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.Thank you Hannah and KatieFergus xx
February 11 · Deborah FairlieWhilst on Christmas Holidays in Keswick our dog was ill, I called Millcroft Vets and from the moment the phone was answered I couldn’t have been happier with the friendly, helpful, accommodating and reassuring receptionist. My boy was seen that morning in the Keswick branch where the receptionist was welcoming and so friendly, the gentleman vet we saw was a really nice man, very kind and undertook a very thorough full physical assessment and listening to what had been going on. Very understanding when my boy then vomited in the consultation room. He came up with a treatment plan and reassured me that should this not work there was always help on hand within the group despite the fact it was Christmas. I cannot thank him and everyone at Mill Croft vets enough for helping us, they saved our Christmas holiday as I was ready for packing up and returning back to Huddersfield to see our vets. Many thanks again from myself and Lucas.
January 09 · jonathan FarrarVery prompt, friendly and professional service, as always. Our options were clearly explained and discussed to determine the best direction of treatment. Highly recommended.
